Special notice for foreign credit card holders!

eLong is trying to protect our customers from unusual and possible fraudulent activity on foreign credit cards. As such we require additional verification for cardholders who want to pay with a foreign issued credit card. Please take note of the following terms:
1. General Requirements
1) The cardholder need to be one of the passengers.
2) It will take approximately 24 hours to process the authorization verification, so please make your flight booking at least 2 days before the departure date.
2. The cardholder need to complete & return the following documentation:
After receiving all 3 parts of documentation as below, eLong will start to process your payment. Your ticket/s will be issued after your credit card payment is confirmed.
1）Completed & signed Authorization Agreement;
2）Copies of the front and back of the credit card to be used for the booking (with the cardholder’s signature by hand on the back);
3）Copy of the credit cardholder's valid ID (Passport, ID Card etc.).

3. Guidelines:
1) After submitting your order, you contact email will receive the Authorization Agreement from eLong simultaneously. Please print the Agreement and write your signature by hand if you are fine with the content. This signature must be the same as the signature at the back of your credit card. Then, please return the complete Agreement.

Note: If you fail to received the Authorization Agreement within 30 minutes, Please contact us and we will resend it to you ASAP.

2) The Valid ID information on the Authorization Agreement must be the same as your passenger information (Include the Name, ID Type and ID Number).

3) We suggest you send the documents via email because the fax is always not so clear as original copy.
