Special notice for foreign credit card holders!

eLong is trying to protect our customers from unusual and possible fraudulent activity on foreign credit cards. As such we will require a signed authorization form for cardholders who want to pay with a foreign issued credit card. Please take care of the following terms:
I. It will take 24 hours to process the authorization verification, so please make your flight booking at least 2 days before the departure.
II. The cardholders shall have to fill the authorization form, sign and send it back to eLong through email or fax, together with other required documents. ( email:jpts@corp.elong.com fax: 86-10-64327913 )
III. Terms regarding authorization fill and verification:
  1. The cardholders shall have to be included in the passenger/s
  2. The signature on the authorization form must be clear (the signature must be signed by hand); and all the required information on the authorization form must be completed, accurate and clear.
  3. The number, card type shown on the copy of the credit card must be consistent with the information provided on the authorization form.
  4. The signature shown on copy of the credit card must be consistent with the cardholder's name stated on the authorization form.
  5. The amount and booking ID filled in the authorization form must be consistent with the booking requiring payment.
  6. The information shown on the copy of ID/passport must be consistent with the related information stated on the authorization form.
